How we handle your information

This notice explains what AgniSure collects through this website and through our fire safety service, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This website

• The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
• The enquiry form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with your details filled in; you decide whether to send it.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address when the page loads, as with any website that uses them.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive what you choose to include: usually your name, role, building, phone number and email. We use it only to reply, arrange a Readiness Walk and discuss our service, and we keep it no longer than needed for that purpose and any legal obligation.

Our fire safety service

• What we hold: details of the buildings we serve; names and phone numbers of the people who use the AgniSure app (managers, guards, committee members); fire round records; audit findings; and photographs of fire safety equipment and areas.
• Why: to deliver the service the building has contracted, keep the evidence record, and meet legal obligations.
• Who sees it: the building's authorised people and AgniSure's own team. We share a building's data with anyone else, such as an insurer, only when the building asks us to.
• AgniSure AI: audit photographs and findings are processed by Anthropic's Claude to help our engineer review them and draft report wording. They are used only to provide our service. We ask field teams not to photograph people.
• Where: our service runs on cloud infrastructure, with the primary database hosted in India.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given, by writing to [email protected]. Some records, such as signed audit reports and the evidence log, are kept as legal and safety records and cannot be edited; we will explain what applies to your request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
